Delivery Options
- FREE DELIVERY - orders over £499.00 exc VAT, will take up to 3-5 working days
- STANDARD DELIVERY - £40.00 exc VAT for orders under £499.00, will take up to 3-5 working days
NOTE: *Tiles over 20kg weight will be shrink wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the ground level edge of your property. The driver will NOT be able to assist getting the tiles into your property due to insurance purposes.Tiles under 20kg weight will be delivered with a parcel courier by hand. - SAMPLE DELIVERY - You can order sample tiles for £1.99 each - simply click on 'Request tile sample' on the related products page.
We will despatch Sample Request with a parcel courier normally within 2-4 working days. Please Note: Large tiles samples i.e. 60x60 will be sent in 30x60 samples. It is our experience that single large format tiles break during transit. Instances where, the requested large format or 30x60 tile sample is out of stock we will send out a smaller size format from the same range.
