FHC TRU-Clear S1000C Series Silicone Sealant 298ml - 2 Tube Deal

S1000C will provide exceptional clarity, making it an ideal sealant to use for frameless shower enclosures, glass entries and partitions, specialty glass assemblies, and glass block installations. Its unique weatherability enables it to retain original design properties, even after years of exposure. Not recommended for structural glazing or insulated glass, laminated glass, mirror installations or aquariums.

This is for interior use and is non-paintable.

Advantages:

• A quick-cure, waterproof sealant
• Professional-grade 100% acetic silicone
• Ideal for shower door applications and specialty projects

Surface Preparation: The substrate must be clean, dry and frost-free. It also must be free of any oils, greases, incompatible sealers, paints, or coatings that may interfere with adhesion. Do not apply if the surface is damp or contaminated. It is recommended to test all substrates prior to applications.

Application: For best results, cut nozzle to desired bead size and puncture inner seal. Apply with a caulking gun, forcing sealant onto the substrate, then smooth with a tool as needed. Clean excess material with mineral spirits or a similar solvent.
